Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing virtual nursing care to patients through our telehealth platform. You will work remotely, providing support and guidance to patients and their families, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their health needs and provide appropriate nursing care

- Utilize advanced technology to monitor and track patient progress, and communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals

- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Adhere to all telehealth regulations and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Active nursing license in the state of California

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

- Experience in telehealth or remote nursing is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using technology and electronic medical records

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
