Telehealth Nurse Job Description:

Telenett is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our team in Cañon City, CO. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients and assess their health needs

- Provide education and support to patients on managing their health conditions

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records

- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

- Utilize telehealth technology to deliver high-quality care to patients

- Stay up-to-date on the latest telehealth trends and best practices

- Communicate effectively with patients and provide exceptional customer service

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Active nursing license in the state of Colorado

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

- Willingness to adapt to changing technology and processes

- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
