Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Huntsville, AL. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing virtual healthcare services to patients through video and phone consultations. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients, including assessing their health concerns and providing appropriate treatment recommendations.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.

- Educate patients on their health conditions and provide resources for self-care and management.

- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

- Continuously stay updated on new Telehealth technologies and best practices to improve patient care and experience.

Qualifications:

- Valid and active nursing license in any state.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a primary care setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

- Familiarity with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.

- Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
