Job Description:

As a Telehealth Nurse at Telenett, you will play a crucial role in providing remote healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting virtual consultations, assessing patient needs, and providing appropriate treatment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients and gather necessary information about their health history and current symptoms

- Use clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and specialists, to develop comprehensive care plans for patients

- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle changes

- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records

- Monitor patient progress and follow up as needed to ensure their health needs are being met

- Adhere to all telehealth regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of patients

- Continuously stay updated on the latest developments in telehealth technology and healthcare practices to provide the best possible care to patients

Requirements:

- Active nursing license in the state of employment

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in telehealth or telemedicine

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

- Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic medical records systems

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient needs
