Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Triage Nurse to join our team in Crawfordsville, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote patient care and support through phone and video consultations. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, provide medical advice, and coordinate care as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct remote patient assessments and triage patients based on their symptoms and medical history

- Provide medical advice and guidance to patients through phone and video consultations

- Communicate with patients and their families to ensure they understand their treatment plans and follow-up care instructions

- Coordinate with healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate care for patients

- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records

- Keep up-to-date with current medical knowledge and best practices to provide the highest quality of care to patients

- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to improve processes and patient outcomes

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

- Active nursing license in the state of Iowa

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in triage or telehealth

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using technology and comfortable with remote patient care

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
